A villa designed for living close to nature, built with layered walls of earth rammed from the soil excavated on site.
The walls were made by compacting the soil from the foundation excavation layer by layer inside formwork. Each layer carries the colour of the earth poured on a different day.
The thick earth walls keep coolness by day and warmth by night; the house needs almost no air conditioning in summer.
